Key Job Functions Of a Director Of Marketing

  • Launch and manage Facebook advertising campaigns for new club openings, optimizing audience targeting to achieve the lowest cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Research and evaluate additional digital advertising platforms to enhance advertising reach and effectiveness.
  • Provide comprehensive training and resources to field teams to support their development and improve performance.
  • Visit clubs to deliver advanced social media training and provide hands-on support tailored to their specific needs
  • Generate and complete detailed weekly and monthly reports to track performance and progress and present to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Regularly update dashboards and reporting spreadsheets to ensure they accurately reflect the latest metrics and data.
  • Work with department heads to create content for personal training and group fitness
  • Define and oversee monthly social media objectives to drive engagement and align with overall marketing goals.
  • Analyze and monitor club sales reports in collaboration with the marketing team to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize social media and website pages to maximize lead generation and attract potential prospects.

  • Open to traveling to various markets as needed to support and enhance business operations and initiatives
