  • Own Complex Prioritization Across Merchants & Stakeholders: Balance customer needs, marketing strategy, and contractual commitments while managing competing priorities.
  • Lead End-to-End GTM with Strategic Rigor: Own GTM strategy including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and measurement ensuring execution is grounded in clear strategic intent while remaining adaptable to evolving business needs.
  • Build Scalable Systems & Raise the Bar: Develop repeatable frameworks that improve execution, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Be a Thought Leader & Driver of Innovation: Introduce new approaches that improve effectiveness across teams.
  • Operate with Agility and Bias for Learning: Navigate ambiguity and take on unfamiliar challenges with confidence.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner across Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Analytics to ensure execution.
  • Manage Up and Drive Visibility Thoughtfully: Engage leadership appropriately while independently driving progress.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience building scalable systems or frameworks for marketing execution.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to manage up effectively.
