Paid Social Specialist

We are seeking a detail obsessed, creative minded, operationally strong specialist to support Caesars Digital’s Paid Social engine. This role sits at the intersection of creative operations, performance marketing, compliance, and agency management—ensuring that all paid social campaigns launch with accuracy, speed, and excellence.

You will manage the full creative workflow, support the execution of paid social campaigns, and partner closely with agency and platform teams to maintain quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure campaigns are delivering against our growth goals. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strong project management, creative instincts, paid social familiarity, sharp communication skills, and comfort operating in a highly regulated, fast-moving environment.
