Social Media Manager

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who is passionate about storytelling, aesthetics, and digital engagement to help bring our brands to life across social platforms. This role partners closely with the Director of Marketing to execute established social media strategy, manage day-to-day content across platforms, and support influencer and event marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain the social media calendar across all platforms, ensuring alignment with the Marketing Communications calendar and overall campaign priorities
  • Schedule and publish content for all brands using Sprout Social
  • Monitor social media channels daily, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Coordinate with the Director of Marketing to obtain approvals for social content and related requests

Content Coordination

  • Source and organize relevant, on-brand user-generated content and creator assets
  • Support content development through copywriting and coordination of visual assets in partnership with the Director of Marketing and creative team
  • Write creative briefs and coordinate product shipments for content creators, influencers, agencies, and internal teams
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to support planning for photography and video needs
  • Capture social-first content at events and local brand activations
  • Assist with off-site photo shoots to ensure social media content is captured

Influencer & Affiliate Coordination

  • Support influencer initiatives including outreach, product seeding, and content coordination
  • Manage day-to-day execution of the ShopMy affiliate platform, including onboarding creators and maintaining product links and collections
  • Track influencer and affiliate activity and compile performance data for team review

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on monthly social media KPIs including engagement, reach, and follower growth
  • Compile performance data and share observations with the marketing team
  • Cross-Functional Support
  • Collaborate with marketing, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce teams to support campaign execution
  • Assist with broader marketing initiatives, launches, and events as needed
  • Stay informed on social media trends and platform updates to support ongoing execution

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional social media experience, preferably within luxury lifestyle, home, or jewelry brands
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, brand-aligned social copy
  • Working knowledge of social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
  • Experience supporting influencer marketing and affiliate platforms such as ShopMy
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and execution-oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media management tools such as Sprout Social
