We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Manager, Marketing Operations to support the CMO and broader marketing organization.
This is a high-impact, operationally critical role at the center of our marketing engine, owning how programs get executed, how budgets are managed, and how marketing connects to revenue.
You will sit at the intersection of events, operations, sales alignment, and content execution, ensuring that marketing runs efficiently and delivers measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Own Event Strategy & Execution (End-to-End)
- Lead planning and execution of all marketing events, including:
- Sponsored conferences
- Hosted events (VIP dinners, roundtables, summits)
- Partner activations
- Earned speaking engagements
- Manage logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-site execution
- Coordinate closely with sales on attendee targeting, meeting scheduling, and follow-up
- Ensure events drive pipeline, not just awareness
(Events are a core growth lever at zerohash, supporting both relationship-building and deal progression)
- Run Marketing Operations & Budget Management
- Own marketing budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage vendor contracts, billing, and invoicing across the marketing team
- Ensure spend aligns with priorities and ROI expectations
- Build and maintain operational systems that keep the team running efficiently
- Support Marketing and Sales Alignment
- Partner with Sales to:
- Track event ROI and pipeline impact
- Coordinate meetings, outreach, and follow-ups
- Support account-based and targeted marketing efforts
- Help ensure marketing activity translates into measurable revenue outcomes
- Project Management Across the Marketing Org
- Act as the central point of coordination across large-scale marketing initiatives
- Keep timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned
- Bring structure to a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- In charge of invoicing, payments, and budget management across the org
- Support Content & Campaign Execution
- Assist with development and execution of:
- Social media content
- Reports and thought leadership
- Event-related content and collateral
- Work with internal stakeholders and partners to gather inputs and shape messaging
Requirements
Core Skills
- 3-5 years experience (Marketing Manager level) or 5+ years experience (Senior Manager / Head of Marketing Ops level) in marketing operations, program management, or marketing execution roles
- Proven experience managing events end-to-end (B2B, fintech, or enterprise preferred)
- Strong operational rigor: budgeting, invoicing, vendor management
- Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto/digital assets is strongly preferred
