Job Description
- Responsible for managing marketing coordinators and partner agency while positioning, planning and executing high quality campaigns and creative assets to drive member growth, effective market reach, and member satisfaction.
- Will be accountable for budget development and maintenance, media buying/planning, market research, and measurement metrics. Comprehensive knowledge in content and digital marketing, inclusive of multimedia campaigns and social media delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams with strong financial/business acumen with strong written and presentation skills aligned with FirstLight’s strategy, policies, and core values.
Job Qualifications
- EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum three (3) consecutive years of progressive marketing experience (financial experience preferred).
- Minimum three (3) years of media buying and planning experience and digital media.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ managerial experience.
