WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Marketing and Brand Partnership Manager is responsible for planning and executing advertising and promotion campaigns.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Maintain successful and mutually beneficial relationships with corporate and non-profit brand partners

  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from experience in the field
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Capability to professionally and tactfully communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • BS/MS degree
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Basic knowledge of website analytics tools / programs
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Essential Physical Abilities

  • Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, such as reaching, bending and stooping
  • Requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds
  • Repetitive hand motion (typing) and sitting for extended periods of time up to and may be more than 8 hours a day
