About The Job

  • This position is needed to provide marketing intelligence that maximizes the potential of Twilio.org’s Marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Build reports in Tableau that enable marketers to quickly understand the impact of their work, identify emerging trends, and prioritize next phase of marketing initiatives
  • Conduct research and analysis on high yield marketing activities and customer segments
  • Diagnose and understand the drivers when actual results fall short of expectations
  • Conduct regular data analyses to provide actionable insight
  • Create ambitious but achievable marketing input and output targets that align to the organization’s gross profit expectations

Required

  • 3+ years exp in data analytics or 2+ years in marketing analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Data Visualization experience in Tableau and Looker
  • Experience with data sets and predictive statistical modeling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to stakeholders

  • Degree in Marketing or data analysis
  • Social impact interest
  • Marketo experience

Location

  • This role will be remote, and based in Florida, USA.

Travel

  • Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado, California, New York, and Washington. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $92,800 – $116,000.
  • Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $98,320 – $122,900.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $109,200 – $136,500.
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
