The Marketing Coodinator will coordinate and implement marketing deliverables to support sales efforts within the Global Wealth and Asset Management business.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement communications results on time and within budget
- Research, gather, and disseminate information for projects.
- Support management team as needed
- Develop strong internal and external department relationships
- Work with other departments to source information and data for projects across media (digital, web, print, email, etc.)
- Manage and reconcile multiple rounds of review by various parties including managers, compliance, legal, product, sales.
- Handle operational processes to facilitate marketing campaigns such as compliance review, material creation and quality improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 1-3 years business experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail, ability to lead multiple tasks within a fast paced environment
- Self-starter
- Research, information gathering and analytical skills
- Desire to develop communications expertise and investment industry knowledge
