As a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager at Adjust, you will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition through a multifaceted approach spanning all marketing channels. You will craft and refine user journeys to enhance conversion rates, and leverage segmentation strategies to personalize messaging. You will ensure cohesive customer experiences and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness, ultimately delivering measurable pipeline growth and revenue improvements.

Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive prospect nurture strategy to drive customer acquisition across emails, paid digital, landing pages, outreach sequences, social media, blogs, PR and events
  • Map out the entire user journey and create a strategy to improve user experience and conversion rates along the journey
  • Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies based on behavior and engagement metrics, ensuring personalized messaging that resonates with different audience segments
  • Ensure marketing campaigns engage and convert target audiences, optimizing message content, timing, and segmentation to achieve high open and click-through rates
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as creative, product marketing, content, and sales to ensure a cohesive customer journey and consistent messaging
  • Leverage performance data to optimize engagement with landing pages and other marketing assets to improve conversion rates
  • Regularly evaluate and report on the performance of campaigns in terms of engagement, pipeline and influenced revenue

Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or a related role
  • Strong understanding of B2B growth marketing principles, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A passion for innovation, creativity and staying on top of emerging trends in digital marketing
  • Experience in the mobile marketing field is preferred, but not required

Total compensation at Adjust is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits.

The expected base pay range for this Washington based position is

$105,000—$125,000 USD
