As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in developing strategic marketing initiatives and activities. We are looking for candidates with fantastic communication skills, excellent time management, and a keen interest in maintaining a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities aligned with company objectives.
- Implement Marketing Plans: Execute marketing plans encompassing print, broadcast, and online content to reach target audiences effectively.
- Create Branded Advertising Campaigns: Work with marketing and design teams to create branded advertising campaigns, coordinating and collating content to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Set Up Tracking Systems: Establish tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities to monitor performance and analyze results.
- Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities, understand competitor strategies, and analyze consumer behavior.
- Traffic Advertising Efforts: Coordinate and traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage Internal Communication Systems: Develop and manage internal communication systems to facilitate efficient communication within the organization.
- Strengthen Brand Presence: Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Organize Service Offerings: Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information related to marketing activities and campaigns.
Requirements
