Summary

JOB SUMMARY

As a critical member of the marketing performance team, the marketing operations Specialist is responsible for marketing vendor management and the processing and tracking of marketing purchase requests.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze marketing purchases and spend.
  • Manage marketing vendors, including spend, contracts, renewals and relationships.
  • Review and process marketing purchase requests and orders.
  • Review purchase contracts and agreements.
  • Point of contact between marketing, procurement, legal and accounts payable.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly updates and reports on marketing purchases and spend.
  • Provide updates in monthly and quarterly meetings related marketing purchases and spend with key functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Experience

  • Typically 2+ years
  • Experience in operations, procurement, planning or similar roles.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • B2B marketing procurement experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially with Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Possess cross-function integration & collaboration skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

The salary range for this role is $41,600 to $71,300. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
