Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in executing annual marketing plan including budget, strategy, tactics, and media plan.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of brand marketing campaign and advertising.
- Help develop marketing programs for proprietary product lines in conjunction with Food Service Managers.
- Manage GSP inventory portal backstock and inventory portal sign orders.
- Assist in managing category marketing programs ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing local store marketing development ensuring alignment with company’s overall marketing strategies.
- Develop co-promotional activity with suppliers and vendors for social media and digital platforms.
- Consult on in-store retail décor and design.
- Research industry competitive activities, strategies, and trends.
- Assist in managing advertising agency relationship including writing communication briefs for all promotional activities, ensuring deadlines are met, and corporate objectives are achieved.
- Analysis of brand campaign efforts for effectiveness activity/ROI.
- Work with brand manager on marketing programs
- Develop social media strategies and promotions
- Work directly with ad agencies and social media influencers to promote marketing programs online
- Develop monthly sales planner with GSP
- Investigate and rollout new social media platforms to promote on (i.e. tik tok, snapchat)
- Capture social media content and edit social media videos
- Report on the success of social media programs and provide bi-monthly updates to field on social media programs
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge in video editing and content creation
- Proven ability to develop, communication, and implement strategic plans.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
