Summary of Position:

 

Fraym is looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our experience team. In this role, you will work closely with the director of experience and the digital marketing lead to execute a multi-channel marketing strategy. You’ll be part of the go-to-market team which includes sales, marketing, and customer experience.

 

This position is remote, but preference is given to those in the Washington, DC area.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Email Marketing Responsibilities (80% of time)

  • Produce and execute all email campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.
  • Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns
  • Manage and execute email marketing calendar (in Monday.com) and ensure alignment with business priorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Use customer data such as web-behavior to drive the message and content personalization.
  • Devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements. Testing includes subject lines, message content, CTAs, customer cohorts, and segments, send time, and new features intended to drive performance lift.
  • Work in partnership with designers and copywriters to optimize email creative and template structure based on best practices.
  • Perform render testing across devices, email clients, and ISPs to ensure that emails are rendering correctly for the majority of the subscriber base.
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports that include opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, unsubscribes, etc.
  • Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.

Events (20% of time)

  • Manage Fraym’s event marketing
    • Exhibit preparation: book sponsorships, place exhibit orders via vendors (furniture, A/V), coordinate shipping, register attendees, book lodging
    • Event promotion: work with Fraym leads to create relevant collateral, curate announcement lists, manage email marketing for each event

Brand Management

  • Ensure all branded materials follow the brand guidelines
  • Follow the content guidelines when writing
  • Proofread all marketing materials with high attention to detail


The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience managing an email marketing program.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms.
  • Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL).
  • Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch.
  • Google AnalyticsGoogle Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Agency or comparable in-house marketing experience
  • Marketing automation experience (preferably Pardot)
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Detailed oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working with startups/early stage companies
  • B2G (marketing to USG)/B2B experience
