Brand Marketing Manager

Position Summary

The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading, creating, and driving marketing strategies across Revive’s med spa locations throughout California. This individual serves as a key strategic lead in connecting our consumer with our brand through strategic media, local partnerships and outreach, events and promotions. The successful candidate is a highly organized multi-tasker and excels in a start-up environment. The role will lead cross-functional campaigns, manage programs and is obsessed with cultural and consumer insights.


This is a full-time role, with a hybrid work schedule. This person will report to our VP of Marketing

Salary: 65-85k
per year, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop highly effective, creatively excellent integrated brand marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social, influencer, partnerships, media strategy, execution, advertising, optimization and program reporting, Understand, utilize, and integrate consumer and industry research to maximize impact when designing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies for Revive’s 10 locations, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and business objectives. Strategy must be able to scale while nuanced for regional needs.
  • Support company goals, set KPIs, and own measurements.

Market Insights and Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes, translating findings into actionable campaign plans.
  • Oversee campaign budgets and performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on insightful analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, using data-driven and qualitative insights to improve strategies.

Local Marketing Outreach & Partnerships

  • Oversee our community marketing program and marketing events at new locations by developing outreach lists, making contact, and creating a robust local network for our new locations to attract new leads
  • Identify, build, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential influencers and community ambassadors that have the potential to drive revenue, expand market reach, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Determine and evaluated effective paid partnership/sponsorship opportunities with key community organizations and businesses to deliver impactful collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred plus 5+ years experience or 8+ years working experience. MBA is a plus
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing – retail, wellness and/or hospitality is a plus
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage, implement and analyze a wide range of initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in using data to derive insights to build a strategy that ultimately solves a business problem
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a start-up environment
  • Adept at managing multi-stakeholder initiatives and solving problems/removing obstacles to get work done/drive execution
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership and accountability for business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships and collaborate across a matrixed global organization
  • Strong presentation skills with a keen design aesthetic.
