We’re looking for a strong, detail-oriented and experienced Marketing Specialist – Paid Advertising to join our growing Performance Marketing team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing and optimizing Online Advertising and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to drive return on investment and growth. The person will need to be highly organized, have an exceptional level of detail and a drive to achieve exceptional results. This is a complex position with a very high level of scrutiny and visibility on budgets, performance and results across multiple brands and channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute online advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze advertising campaign and organic performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
  • Collaborate with content, web and development teams to ensure websites and landing pages are optimized for both advertising and organic performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to develop and implement effective advertising strategies.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry, advertising, SEO and algorithm trends and best practices.
  • Manage advertising budgets and provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in online and social advertising as well as SEO.
  • Knowledge of online advertising platforms, such as Google, Microsoft and Facebook Ads, and experience with campaign management and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and proficiency in using tools for keyword research, competitive analysis, and website audits.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data (Analytics, spreadsheets, etc) to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Acquired information, concepts, or theories through education or work experience, such as working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Competencies and functional skills required for the position such as verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, conflict resolution skills, etc.
