Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager within our Corpay Payment division. In this role, you will spearhead the promotion of our spend management solutions to reseller and referral partners. You will report directly to Vice President of Product and Partner Marketing and regularly collaborate with partner sales and product management teams.

Role Responsibilities


Corpay is seeking a talented Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to join our team to spearhead the promotion and partner adoption of our cutting-edge commercial payment and spend management solutions for mid-market businesses.
This role offers substantial autonomy and a chance to shape our rapidly expanding organization. You will refine go-to-market strategies, craft and execute compelling messaging and become the go-to authority on the value partners and their customers derive from Corpay’s solutions. Your work will translate value propositions into impactful messages that educate, inform, and advocate for channel partner leadership.

This position occupies a critical and highly visible role, enabling Corpay to drive awareness, connect more effectively and build meaningful partner relationships. You will collaborate with our Product Management group, aligning efforts to achieve business objectives. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver on business metrics and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Throughout this journey, you will have the opportunity to stretch and grow, while also motivating others to do the same.

  • Develop and lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for new integrated, referral and reseller partners ensuring alignment among internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Demand Generation, and Partner Sales.
  • Collaborate closely with product strategy and product-led efforts, fostering strong alignment.
  • Create and execute launch plans for new channels, programs, and relationships.
  • Own the positioning, messaging, and marketing tactics to grow channel relationships with accounting solution providers, independent software vendors, and value-added resellers.
  • Develop compelling positioning.
  • Articulate value-based messaging and benefits for channel partners.
  • Drive awareness of brand, features, benefits and unique sales proposition.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and define competitors’ relative position.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, competitive battle cards, customer case studies, videos, and digital content to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product functionality, benefits, and value propositions among channel sales and relationship management teams.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams to demonstrate how to communicate solution messages to target customers.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment of Corpay’s channel value both internally and externally.

Skills And Requirements

  • A total of 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B technology sector.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, with a track record in high-performing startups in the accounting and finance SaaS industry.
  • Experience as a marketer at an ISV/3 Party Solution Provider
  • Experience in accounts payable software, expense management, or B2B fintech solutions, is a big plus.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a strong voice and tone, capable of creating informative and persuasive content.
  • Proven experience creating sales enablement content/materials for channel sales and partners.
  • Experience with Sage, Netsuite, Dynamics, Trimble, Deltek, Delphi, , or other accounting channel partner marketing experience a big plus
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to enhance visibility of projects and progress at both team and company levels.
  • Strong project management experience, self-motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines independently.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter who can operate strategically and tactically.
  • A team player and leader, with the capacity to become a market expert and influence peers.
  • An eye for design, particularly concerning marketing materials such as web pages and branding.
