As the Marketing Strategist , you will join the existing marketing team of strategists, graphic design, content production and web development. We are seeking a creative and results-oriented marketing specialist that can leverage a strong brand reputation and outstanding business outcomes to drive strategic goals.
The Marketing Strategist creates compelling marketing campaigns, develops strategic branding initiatives, and leverages both digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize the visibility and impact of their assigned business line(s) within their target market. In this role, your marketing and strategic thinking skills will ensure that value is created for the business line(s) that you serve through generating high-quality marketing campaigns that produce qualified leads, and target all stages of the marketing funnel.
Job Responsibilities/Essential Tasks
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Stakeholder objectives, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and optimization, implementing rigorous testing methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact content assets, including compelling copy, multimedia storytelling, and interactive experiences.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Stakeholders, providing expert guidance, insights, and recommendations to drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Martech stack experience preferred: SEMRush, Wrike PM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Definitive Healthcare, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WordPress, HubSpot, MailChimp, Google (Ads, Search Console, Business Profiles, GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager), Meta Business Suite (Facebook Ads/Organic, Instagram Ads/Organic).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and build consensus across diverse audiences.
