As the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our products by focusing on key areas such as sales enablement, product positioning and messaging, competitor analysis, product launches, pricing and packaging. Your role will be critical in establishing our brand as a leader in the cyber fusion and security operations market. The Director of Product Marketing will also work closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams to ensure lead generation, revenue, and customer satisfaction objectives are met while supporting the company’s overall strategy and goals. This position will also guide and manage content creation to satisfy the company’s needs.

What You’ll Do:

 

Strategic Product Positioning:

  • Lead efforts to articulate the core value proposition and differentiation of Cyware products within the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified company vision aligns with the fundamental product strategy behind Cyber Fusion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work as a core team member of an agile marketing team, fostering collaboration across global departments to communicate product goals, brand standards, and client strategy effectively.
  • Coordinate stakeholders from Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver projects on time with precision.

Content Creation:

  • Develop presentation decks, core marketing collateral, and thought leadership articles for both internal and external purposes, focusing on sales enablement.
  • Create and maintain both high-level and technical use case content (i.e. click through demos, video demos, tech alliance integration partner demos) aligned to customer needs within the cybersecurity market place.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Analyze Cyware’s market opportunities and align product strategy with the overall marketing plan.
  • Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, perform market segmentation, and contribute to positioning across the solution set and OEM tool integrations.
  • Own the Technical Alliance Marketing strategy for key integration partners to drive awareness and revenue for the business.

Marketing Asset Creation and Management:

  • Manage and execute the creation of high-value marketing assets to support corporate communication, demand generation, and sales outreach.
  • Be accountable for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of deployed marketing assets.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise product marketing with domain experience in cybersecurity, security operations, threat intelligence and SOAR markets.
  • Demonstrable experience launching product marketing initiatives, and with integration and partner-driven customer acquisition focus
  • Able to think strategically but also execute with strong writing skills and an understanding of holistic marketing planning
  • Experience with Analyst Relations or fundamental understanding of AR as it pertains to product marketing
  • Passion for driving business results, with expertise in designing highly effective (and efficient) multi-channel, marketing collateral that represents Cyware product positioning for relevant target audiences, ideal customer profiles and ultimately how to positively affect the customer journey.
  • Exceptional knowledge of product marketing strategies, frameworks, concepts, and best practices
  • You have the ability to easily switch context based on audience, translate needs from one team to another, and influence stakeholders to achieve alignment
  • Comfortable getting your hands dirty and implementing programs from start to finish and working in a cross-functional role
  • Able to understand complex product concepts and translate those into effective messages and oversee the related resource allocation and content assets creation
  • Proven ability to organize, motivate, and drive cross-functional efforts within the company
  • Strong project management and performance measurement skills
