CIM is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Property Marketing team. The individual will play a critical role in supporting the real estate property marketing needs for the company’s stabilized and new development assets within the office, retail, and multi-family sectors located throughout the US.

Responsibilities

  • Design custom websites with WordPress/Squarespace for our office leasing teams.
  • Create digital marketing materials for external and internal use including e-blasts, property management software (Entrata), email templates, banners etc.
  • Develop multifamily websites in Entrata that will optimize experience for potential and current residents.
  • Create monthly social media calendar for on-site multifamily teams and manage the social channels for new developments.
  • Develop social media graphics for digital agency.
  • Create social media reels to be used on various accounts (e.g. YouTube and Instagram).
  • Conduct research on social media strategies that can enhance online presence.
  • Assist with other digital leasing initiatives.
  • Act as a project manager for marketing projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely and successful implementation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including leasing, property management, and development to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing events and promotions to drive foot traffic and enhance customer engagement.
  • Assist with tenant engagement efforts.
  • All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Related Field. Substantial experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of the commercial and residential leasing industry is a plus.

  • Actual base salary considers several factors, including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. This role is eligible for bonus pay in addition to base salary. The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles, CA, is $75,000-95,000
