We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for executing digital marketing functions and analyzing data to support and drive the overall online marketing strategy. This position will work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to form a centralized service team that executes Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), e-mail marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and reporting & analytics.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the SEM subject matter expert, executing the ad buying/bidding process for paid search Google ads, analyzing results, and optimizing media budget spend.
  • Collaborate with business unit marketing teams to develop a data-driven strategic keyword/key phrase plan for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with implementing SEO strategy using third-party software, including research and analysis within the platform to continually augment organic search results.
  • Utilizes the Marketing Automation System (MAS) to execute email campaigns created by each BU and applies best-practices across business units to cultivate lead generation opportunities.
  • Attends digital marketing conferences and continually monitors marketing technology to help ensure Sensient’s current and future digital marketing needs are met.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a food manufacturer or B2B organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in online digital marketing functions including SEO, SEM, and Email.
  • Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to meet global needs.
  • Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Excel, and BrightEdge or similar SEO software. SEM experience a plus.
