You’ll develop and execute multi-channel product marketing campaigns to support the growth of our distribution-based business. As a member of our dynamic marketing team, you’ll assist with strategy and own the tactical execution of digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and trade shows in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and our global sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to, and manage execution of MarCom plans
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and other digital platforms
- Work with product development teams to translate technical content into value-driven marketing content and high impact product launches
- Assist in creating engaging, unique, and thought-provoking content including: white papers, case studies, sales tools, videos, trainings, datasheets, and more
- Collaborate with graphic designer, product managers, engineering, and outside agencies to deliver high-impact content that resonates with target audiences
- Manage list development, customer relationship management, and information mining for lead nurturing campaigns
- Support sales team with sales collateral, presentations, price lists, product information, and distributor communications
- Develop relationships with distributors and support partnership marketing initiatives
- Manage and coordinate regional, national, and global trade show schedule
- Work with PR agencies to develop articles, press releases, and media opportunities
- Study campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI
- Conduct market research and develop competitor brand profiles
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Three years of B2B marketing experience
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) databases, email marketing, and social media
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with distribution channels
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with SharePoint
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and approach tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, while being agile enough to pivot as needs change or priorities shift
- Strong reasoning skills and expertise in leveraging data to facilitate informed decisions
- A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative problem solver with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
