Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Solon, OH

What’s the Job?

  • Execute B2B marketing strategy for the NPS Grab & Go business and Hot Pockets portfolio.
  • Develop and execute tactical product marketing plans for the brands.
  • Implement communications and sales strategies using industry insights and sales data.
  • Manage the NP Hot Pockets portfolio, including product innovation and renovation, digital shelf asset development, and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish product innovation, renovation, and go-to-market plans.
  • Partner with external agencies on marketing strategy and tactical execution.
  • Manage marketing budget plans to align with business objectives and deliver ROI.
  • Collaborate on distributor marketing strategies and assess sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the digital team on e-commerce opportunities.
  • Support sales execution by developing plans to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Coordinate lead generation processes and ensure end-to-end ROI.
  • Develop brand messaging, training, and tools for sales teams.
  • Update Grab & Go sales tools to reflect current insights and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What’s Needed?

  • MBA degree preferred; BA or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience; 2 years in foodservice sales/marketing preferred.
  • Strong quantitative and project management skills.
  • Experience in new product development and launch.
  • Ability to interpret insights and data to drive business and communications.
  • Experience managing external agencies is a plus.
  • Digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teams.
