The Product Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of our Marketing team based out of our US – Quincy, IL – Remote site.

Position Details

The Marketing Coordinator role is an integral part of our Global Marketing organization. It includes developing, supporting, driving and executing marketing initiatives for key animal health and nutrition brands. This individual will work closely with Product Directors and other cross-functional team members to support brand strategies and tactics.


This is a remote position or can be based in a U.S. office. Phibro has offices in Teaneck, NJ, and Quincy, IL. Travel will be required at times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Global Marketing Team to support product brand education and marketing through established procedures.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter competence as related to assigned brands.
  • Support development of comprehensive marketing plans and market analysis for targeted brands.
  • Development and support life cycle management initiatives for internal and external audience targets.
  • Prepare collateral and facilitate through appropriate approval processes.
  • Coordinate branding and product messaging with Tradeshow Manager for relevant events and participate in tradeshow/industry events as needed.
  • Utilize CRM tools as appropriate for target audience communication.
  • Support management and tracking of budgets.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Strong computer skills and project management experience.
  • Three to five years previous marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; relevant agriculture degree or experience a plus.
  • Experience with CRM and project management systems is a plus.
  • High proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
