Togetherwork provides Software-as-a-Service solutions to a variety of communities and businesses. We are looking for an amazing, data-driven marketer in the B2B SaaS space. You will be responsible for attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads, and optimizing those leads to close into customers. You will also conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company.

 

Responsibilities

  • Grow marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Optimize CTAs, landing pages, and email marketing through A/B testing.
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
  • Assist in strategy calls to discuss lead generation performance versus forecast and discuss strategies to achieve goals.
  • Work alongside all departments including sales and product to meet and exceed KPIs by creating exciting new marketing opportunities.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting to the management team and actively monitor the contribution of marketing to the overall revenue targets.
  • Develop marketing outreach around new product releases and assist with Go to Market plans.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of successful B2B lead generation experience with track record of being accountable to lead generation goals
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong demonstration of a “test, measure, learn” mentality
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (like HubSpot) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
  • Strong ability to learn new platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Facebook ads, etc.)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
  • Ability to strategize and present opportunities
  • Eagerness to drive growth
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
