Merz Aesthetics
This Senior Digital Marketing Manager role will focus on Loyalty Strategy and Experience (Digital Engagement). You will be responsible for supporting site platforms for marketing activities, campaign enablement, and identifying opportunities for integration with new technologies. You will be skilled at applying marketing automation, CRM, SEO, Google Analytics and other modern marketing applications to fuel multi-touch digital strategies and account based marketing initiatives to engage prospects and retain customers in the US Market.
Your background will provide thought leadership within and outside of the team and own the digital marketing strategy to delivery personalized, enhanced customer experiences. This hands-on technical leadership position will be responsible for overall strategy, execution, and management of digital marketing systems, to support the US brand portfolio business goals. Using digital platforms such as, website management, analytics, email campaigns, you will drive strategy on digital platforms to deliver the optimal customer experience.
Responsibilities
Management
- Partnering with US Aesthetics leaders to assess needs, provide innovative technology recommendations that will drive digital engagement and align with the overall Merz Digital.
- Oversee the development, execution and implementation of digital marketing strategy and programs for email, web, search, digital content, as aligned with Marketing Brand Leaders portfolio strategy.
- Has a strong understand of digital marketing landscape; strong experience implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns and the ability to use analysis and ROI storytelling through breadth of analytical tools.
- Uses analytics and metrics to continually plan/improve campaigns to drive brand portfolio business goals based on customer engagement behavior.
- Manage customer insight capabilities, including customer data, customer journeys, segmentation and management of various KPIs.
- Responsible for providing strategy recommendations and execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and optimizing journeys.
- Experienced in campaign journey optimization, including A/B testing to improve engagement outcomes.
Technology
- Execute the deployment, and manage platforms, as it relates to digital marketing for the US business. Including but not limited to user testing, launch, process and procedure development to ensure life cycle of systems and strategy.
Liaison
- Consult with cross-functional stakeholders to lead and ensure that there is collaboration to efficiently support business objectives.
- Align with global system colleagues to ensure the US business requirements for systems are met and delivered as it is related to digital marketing.
Project/Relationship Management
- Responsible for the project management of multiple projects simultaneously; including the prioritization, problem solving and troubleshooting of those projects.
Reporting Analytics
- Develop basic reports, analyze data using SQL MS Suite, Tableau or a similar BI tool.
Strategic Thinking
- Stay informed of the competitive landscape and the industry’s best practice, specifically relating to digital marketing cloud technology.
Administrative
- Support process / procedure documentation needed for the stability of the program.
- Management of eContracts, invoices and vendor relations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce core platforms
- Experience in Customer Journey Management
