THE ROLE:

As a member of FloSports’ Integrated Marketing team, the Partner Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the success of the marketing department by assisting with subscriber acquisition and partner marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who is eager to learn about creative acquisition strategies and working with a high-profile brand. Success in the role requires someone who is extremely organized and who has the ability to perform in a dynamic work environment while collaborating cross-departmentally and continuously finding win/win opportunities for FloSports and our partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in developing partner marketing strategies and campaigns to acquire new subscribers and to engage and retain existing subscribers across key partnerships.

  • Serve as the liaison between NCAA partners including conferences & universities and the FloSports marketing organization
  • Support the partner marketing team in other key verticals including hockey, racing, & wrestling
  • Assist in the creation and execution of partner marketing campaigns including partner website, social media, email and on-site activation opportunities
  • Monitor and track partner executions against contractual obligations
  • Assist in the development of creative for our partners that promote their live events
  • Use innovative partner marketing tactics and tools to test and learn new ways to acquire and retain subscribers
  • Analyze data to develop insights that can be used to optimize our partner marketing strategies
  • Assist in assuring brand guidelines are followed in all Partner Marketing creative assets

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience with proven experience in a related role, ideally within a subscription based business or sports media company
  • Have a baseline knowledge and understanding around the landscape of collegiate athletics and are eager to learn more
  • Ability to manage multiple external partners with ease
  • An effective communicator who is comfortable presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with marketing and business analytics and demonstrated ability to apply takeaways that inform strategy
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to prioritize your time to manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to take an idea and making it a reality

BONUS POINTS:

  • Previous experience working in a partnership marketing capacity at an NCAA conference or University
  • Experience leveraging business intelligence tools such as DOMO & UTM.IO
  • Previous experience managing opportunities in Salesforce
