Medcor is seeking a full-time Digital Strategist to join our Marketing Team. This is a full-time position, where you will be working onsite at our Sioux Falls, SD location. This role is 8:00am – 5:00pm CDT.
The Digital Strategist will develop and implement a best-in-class marketing automation strategy to drive revenue growth. The Digital Strategist will serve as contact database owner and lead reporting and data analysis to optimize marketing activation performance. The Digital Strategist will also develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Marketing objectives and brand identity.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead marketing automation efforts, including the creation and management of email campaigns with a preference for HubSpot and Microsoft Insights experience.
- Analyze marketing funnels to identify areas for optimization and drive performance improvements.
- Track program success and proactively provide optimization opportunities through regular performance metrics monitoring and analysis.
- Provide campaign, audience, segment and other reporting and analysis as requested.
- Lead the strategic segmentation of contact lists in compliance with Medcor regulations.
- Lead data maintenance including lead and contact enrichment, data hygiene, governance and quality.
- Leverage project management software (Asana) to effectively collaborate and coordinate with team members.
- Serve as social media SME for all marketing campaigns, developing a robust organic and paid strategies.
- Develop KPIs and provide value-add reporting and insights to unique stakeholder audiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or related field.
- 4 years of performance marketing experience creating and implementing digital strategies for B2B audiences within healthcare, technology, life sciences or service-related industries.
- 2 years analyzing marketing data and developing relevant, visually engaging reporting for multiple, diverse business needs and audiences.
- 3 years of marketing automation (preferably Microsoft Insights) experience.
- 2 years CRM or contact database management experience.
- Proficiency in leading organic and paid B2B strategies across social media including Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- 1 year of Asana or similar project management platform experience.
- Digital tech stack background.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of B2B marketing principles.
- 2 years’ experience with data visualization software (Looker Studio, Tableau, DOMO and/or Google Data Studio).
- 2 years’ experience with Asana
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
- 1 year experience with paid search campaigns.
