Seeking a talented and energetic Marketing Programs Specialist to join our fast-paced and fun marketing team located in Burlington, MA. The Marketing Programs Specialist will support with demand generation, events, and brand-awareness with an emphasis on digital marketing. Other channels include events, paid advertising and partner/industry affiliations. It is an exciting time to join a growing organization. This position will be reporting to the Marketing Director.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist in planning and developing marketing/content calendar, planning and executing events, and webinars
  • Contribute new and exciting content ideas
  • Working with Sr. Marketing Programs Manager, plan and execute digital campaigns including content creation and performance analytics
  • Set up and manage customer, channel, and business unit virtual events
  • Write content including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, emails, newsletters, and other marketing assets
  • Build, acquire, update and manage distribution list
  • Create an overall social media strategy and monthly calendar of activities
  • Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Help create content as dictated by the quarterly campaign calendar to promote initiatives, releases, blogs and products
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations

What You Will Be Bringing

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, social media marketing, and demand generation; high tech B2B experience a plus
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field; candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience
  • Integrated marketing experience preferred, with experience in technology industry experience a plus
  • Experience supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CMS systems such as Marketo, Pardot., and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Mastery and fluency of the English language, in both verbal and written forms
  • Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Hootsuite
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
