As our Senior Director of Marketing, you will set the strategic direction and manage the operational execution of Redesign Health’s marketing activities. Your goal is to drive brand awareness and position Redesign Health as a global innovation platform and an innovation thought leader. In this role, you will work with a variety of internal and external partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and thought leadership to a variety of external stakeholders to drive member and partner acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This role requires a deep understanding of marketing and brand management, stakeholder priorities, and healthcare industry nuances. The ideal candidate will bring a unique point of view to applying relevant marketing concepts and strategic communications, creating scalable frameworks, and driving projects aligned with cross-functional goals.

You will report to and work with Brenda Schmidt, Head of Strategic Growth and Innovation at our New York City headquarters or remotely.

What You Will Do

  • Redesign Health Marketing Strategy and Plan:
    • Develop, implement, and oversee strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and generate business leads.
    • Drive thought leadership initiatives to position Redesign Health as a global industry leader.
    • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Marketing and Brand Strategy Execution:
    • Coordinate strategic communications and consistent messaging with internal and external stakeholders,
    • Create scalable and repeatable frameworks to improve efficiency and quality of marketing efforts.
    • Establish and gain buy-in for strategic execution that drive project completion and align with cross-functional goals.
    • Serve as a steward of the Redesign Health brand, providing guidance to cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and other online channels for the organization.
    • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
    • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign ideation, planning, implementation, A/B testing, optimization, across multiple channels and touchpoints.
    • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns for pipeline development activities within the portfolio.
  • Conference Management:
    • Manage conference strategic planning, participation, and programming across the organization, including conceptualizing and executing partner events
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of conference-related activities.
    • Support department leaders in conference budget planning and management.
  • Content Strategy Development:
    • Develop and oversee the execution of content strategies that resonate with target audiences and enhance Redesign Health brand positioning.
    • Lead deliverable work streams by managing marketing vendor relationships and leveraging a bench of contractors.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content across various channels.
  • Market Research:
    • Coordinate the synthesis of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform marketing initiatives.
    • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to evaluate marketing performance and optimize strategies.
    • Develop and present regular reports on key performance metrics and actionable insights.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior healthcare marketing role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and brand management strategies.
  • Experience in enterprise marketing.
