Role Summary & Our Ideal Candidate:

 

As the Marketing Manager at DLB Daily, you’ll be a key player in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. Reporting directly to Dana Linn Bailey and working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll be pivotal in integrating digital marketing campaigns with our broader marketing goals.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligning with DLB Daily’s objectives and brand vision.

Paid Media Management:

  • Manage and optimize organic and paid online media campaigns across various channels, meeting and surpassing KPI goals.

Team Leadership:

  • Oversee a small team of paid ad specialists, customer service representatives, and content creators, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.

Content Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the content creation team to produce high-quality, engaging fitness content that resonates with our target audience.

Budget Management:

  • Oversee media spend, ensuring accurate planning, forecasting, and reporting for all digital campaigns

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights, regular reporting, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Integrated Campaigns:

  • Lead the development and management of integrated digital media campaigns, ensuring cohesion with overall marketing strategies.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research, staying updated on industry trends to inform future campaign development and marketing strategies.

A/B Testing:

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

Creative Guidance:

  • Provide guidance on creative best practices for digital advertising, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Strong understanding of content creation and its importance in the fitness sector.
  • Proficient in budget management and the relationship between budgeting and ad spend effectiveness.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Results:

  • Drive significant improvements in marketing performance, measured by decreased CPL and CPC, increased impressions, and enhanced lead quality.
  • Deliver a positive ROI on ad spend, contributing directly to DLB Daily’s bottom line.
  • Implement and refine marketing strategies to bolster DLB Daily’s overall marketing initiatives and brand presence in the market.
  • Be an example for continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing team, enhancing overall team morale and performance.

  • Competitive salary, commission pay, as well as a relocation package of up to $5,000
