Humana’s Primary Care Organization (PCO) is seeking a Product Marketing Professional 2 to join the Patient Engagement & Retention Marketing team working remote anywhere in the US. is committed to providing personalized, high-quality senior care and is seeking driven team members who want to be part of the effort. It’s taking place at Conviva Care Centers and CenterWell Senior Primary Care facilities, members of PCO, where clinicians address multiple practice patterns and enhanced clinical protocols to drive senior patient care, wellbeing, and longevity.

As the Product Marketing Professional, you will assist in the execution of patient retention & engagement associated marketing patient growth strategies. Multi-channel marketing strategies will be deployed in support of patient growth and retention objectives and may include training and selling aids, call center scripts, advertising copy, brochures, catalogues, display advertising, technical instructions, fact sheets, and information booklets. This role will support marketing efforts working with cross-functional clinical and patient engagement and retention growth business teams to execute marketing plans within stated deadlines and associated budgets. You will report to the Product Marketing Patient Engagement and Retention Associate Director.

Key Role Functions

  • Drive the activation of PCO’s value story in support of patient acquisition and retention
  • Execute patient & agent marketing tactics
  • Collaborate with PCO marketing team to understand business needs based on objectives and then assist in the activating solutions that help to support measurable impacts to their business
  • Participate in the development of marketing plans based on corporate and business objectives
  • Partner with the PCO marketing team to influence internal and external partners to inform, develop and activate marketing strategies that improve awareness to drive trust with patients and agents
  • Work with Primary Care Organization marketing leadership to synthesize disparate marketing requests to drive efficiencies in our processes and spend
  • Support relationship management of event vendors in executing primary care patient retention events
  • Serve as a key member on the Primary Care Organization marketing team to shape our team’s culture and elevate our team’s strategic approach to business questions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business, or equivalent related experience
  • 2+ years of marketing strategy, digital marketing, advertising and campaign execution experience
  • Experience with agile methodology and working in sprints
  • Strong, demonstrated project management and event planning skills
  • Strong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and working within budgets
  • Marketing experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritize a diverse set of projects
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior agency or corporate marketing experience
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry
  • Experience building compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership
