Job Summary

As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Brand Management teams across Newell Brands. You’ll act as a liaison between different teams such as Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Consumer and Shopper Insights ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and project management. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in supporting or Brand and Marketing teams.

Core Responsibilities

Sample Ordering and Coordination:

  • Manage the process of ordering and coordinating product samples for Brand campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of samples.

New Item Set-Up:

  • Assist in the set up of new products in coordination with central Analytics/Master Data Management team.

Purchase Orders:

  • Generate and manage purchase orders related to Brand Marketing activities.
  • Coordinate processing and payment of invoices related to Brand Marketing activities.

Various Form Completion Support:

  • Help complete forms as requested by Brand Marketing for campaigns, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes.

SKU Rationalization Process Support:

  • Participate in SKU rationalization discussions and provide assistance as requested in streamlining the product portfolio based on market trends and business priorities.

Translation Support:

  • Driving and overseeing the translations for regional activation (e.g., packaging, online content, toolkits, etc.) as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field desired or relevant proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office and familiarity with content/asset management software.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and manage resources efficiently.
  • Proven attention to accuracy and detail is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
