We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist who will join our in-house Marketing & Communications (MarComm) team to support multi-channel marketing campaigns for our floorplan finance company, AFC. You will be part of a team responsible for driving growth and visibility of AFC through national promotions, social media strategy, content marketing and event coordination.

You Will:

Contribute to national promotion and float strategy, including design and execution of graphic, digital, social media, and print assets.

Provide strategic marketing support and counsel to AFC corporate and local-branch level sales, promotional, and other customer-facing activities.
-
Interact directly with AFC business development and local branch management leadership to design, implement, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities.

Contribute to AFC event strategy and execution for tradeshows and local independent dealer/customer events, including generating marketing collateral, booth/display coordination, and development of lead generation strategies.

Serve as the contact for sales/marketing/branch collateral vendor relationships, managing ad hoc requests and storefront merchandise strategy.
Who You Will Work With:
Reporting to the Senior Communications Director, this role will collaborate with the broader MarComm team as well as different business units and leadership on a regular basis.
Must Haves:
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

0-3 years of experience in marketing, communications or advertising.

Strong copywriting skills.
-
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.

Ability to analyze research data, apply it to business challenges, and develop objective-driven action plans.
Nice to Haves:

Experience in the automotive industry.

Experience in graphic design applications such as Canva.
