As the Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, create, produce, maintain and report on all print, radio, outdoor, mobile and Internet advertising- including, but not limited to:
- Brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces, classified ads, display ads, billboards, signs, flags, Internet listings, photography, virtual tours and radio commercials
- Design, update and maintain Web site
- Organize all direct mailings
- Realtor advertising
- Create and maintain all source codes for advertising
- Monitor all traffic and source code reporting
- Create, order and maintain inventory of various forms and promotional items
- Schedule and set up all Grand Opening or Open House functions
- Research and set up all new marketing ventures
- Maintain monthly budget
- Market and demographic research
- Comparison shopping and reporting
- Customer surveys and reporting
- Realtor surveys and reporting
- Quarterly Client E-Newsletter
- Quarterly Employee Newsletter
- Periodic market research and recommendations
- Internal marketing and communication
Experience, Skills, Knowledge
- Must understand marketing, advertising and public relations principles and actions. Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, advertising or related field. High School diploma and equivalent professional experience with success.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to analyze data and report on market trends.
- Desktop publishing with some graphic design skills.
- Must be willing and able to travel.
