Marsh McLennan Agency’s Northwest region is seeking a collaborative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to enhance MMA Northwest’s presence through digital media channels. An ideal candidate for this position is adept at building and implementing digital strategies that progress marketing efforts and engage our current clients to build retention and drive sales.
We will give you access to mentorship, training, resources, and development to ensure your success, but you will need to supply the drive and desire to be an MMA NW professional. What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and implement digital strategies that progress marketing efforts in exposing MMA NW’s brand and products to potential new clients.
- Manage email automation workflows by building and measuring campaigns through all social media platforms. Manage digital sales leads, tracking read rates, conversion rates and overall impact of efforts to better define and refine marketing expenditures and ROI.
- Track and enhance MMA NW’s website and social media content that builds audience trust in our brand and colleagues. Monitor and track digital campaigns and advertising outside of agency managed initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with varies sales lines, marketing and contracted agencies to enhance MMA NW’s presence in search engines.
- Collaborate with national marketing and sales teams to implement and utilize SalesForce to build successful marketing campaigns to ultimately develop leads for our sales team.
- Demonstrate and represent MMA NW’s brand through effective, industry-leading communication methods.
- Actively participate as a leader in company initiatives and support our core values.

Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or media is required, or equivalent business-related experience
- Experience in WordPress, SalesForce, email distribution software, video production software, and web production software are preferred
