Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that continue to build the Tonal brand across TV, social, website, and email. To be successful in this role, you should have experience managing omni-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness and hit aggressive sales targets. You will partner closely with members of the marketing and growth teams to identify top-of-funnel insights and mid-funnel barriers to purchase, and create strategies and tactics to overcome those objections through strong storytelling and inspiring creative. You’ll collaborate with our e-commerce and design teams to constantly improve and update the creative assets across our website to ensure comprehension and aid conversion. The role can be based in San Francisco, or New York and will report to the SVP, Marketing.
What You Will Do
- Campaigns & Collateral – Support and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns that span celebrity athletes, product launches, and promotions.
- Website – Manage the day-to-day creative optimizations for tonal.com , including analyzing performance or copy/imagery, developing strategies to test new assets, and collaborating with our agency partners and internal teams to make improvements.
- Optimizations – Identify areas of constant improvement across our evergreen channels, including website, social, and email to improve performance for all of our assets.
- Recapping & Planning – Help us maximize our results and learn from our past successes. Keep us on track with organization and clear communication
- Project Management – Track and deliver against timelines + budgets outlined for specific projects. Help the team to shepherd great ideas to execution on time and on budget.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in marketing – experience with direct-to-consumer brands preferred
- Excellent communication skills – you are able to articulate concisely, especially in written form and can translate complex ideas into clear-cut messages
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills – you are highly skilled at managing all details of complex campaign launches while coordinating with stakeholders to meet deadlines
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability – you are a self-starter who can iterate quickly and work well with a team
- Can-do attitude – you are a driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment

The range of base salary for the position is between $125,000 – $165,000 USD plus equity and benefits. We take into consideration an individual’s background, experience, and location in determining their salary. This role is also eligible for health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and other additional benefits.
