What’s the role?


We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of creative production and digital marketing to lead our creative team. This role requires a balance of analytical insights and creative management to drive innovative ad campaigns and maintain brand integrity. In your role, you will:

  • Develop and Implement Full-Funnel Ad Strategies: Utilize customer research, data, and brand values to create and test strategic messaging across performance, demand generation, and awareness campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Lead and Manage the Creative Team: Oversee a small in-house team of designers and copywriters, ensuring their work aligns with the company’s design direction and brand identity.
  • Lead Creative Brainstorming and Analysis: Guide the ideation, prioritization, production, and analysis of top-tier content, including user-generated content (UGC), video, static, and motion ads. Ensure all content aligns with MAJORITY’s brand and is optimized for performance.
  • Conduct Thorough Research: Stay informed on customer behavior, advertising trends, and competitor strategies to continually refine content creation and strategy.
  • Drive Creative Excellence: Push for innovative and high-quality creative work that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, CRM, product, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive and compliant brand messaging.
  • Manage Content Creation and Influencer Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with content creators and influencers to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain Brand Integrity: Act as the guardian of the brand, ensuring all creative output is consistent with our brand strategy and identity.
  • Explore New Technologies: Stay curious about new technologies, such as AI, and explore how they can transform creative work to enhance efficiency, creativity, and effectiveness.

  • Understanding of Brand Strategy: Deep understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into effective creative campaigns.
  • Tech-Savvy and Innovative: Curious about new technologies, particularly AI, and how they can be leveraged to transform and enhance creative work.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing or creative strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and advertising trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a creative team and managing ad campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy and creative decisions.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
