Huddle Up is seeking an Product Marketing Manager to drive the marketing efforts for our innovative care model dedicated to supporting families, educators, and providers. This role is pivotal in shaping our messaging, content strategy, and engagement initiatives across various stakeholders.
Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Website Content Ownership:
- Own and manage all aspects of website content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Demand Generation team to optimize website content for lead generation and conversion.
- Provider Engagement Support:
- Develop compelling content and campaigns to support engagement initiatives aimed at care providers.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure content resonates with target audience and supports retention and acquisition goals.
- Enablement Support:
- Support enablement efforts for all products and offerings.
- Develop resources and materials to enable internal teams such as HR, Partnerships, Sales, and Client Success.
- Webinars and Presentations:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging webinars targeting diverse audiences including educators, care providers, and families.
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities for thought leadership presentations to enhance brand visibility.
- Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution:
- Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, and packaging to ensure successful internal and external launches.
- Work closely with sales, product, clinical, and client success teams to align GTM efforts, support enablement, create impactful marketing materials, and track performance metrics to drive product adoption and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or education technology sectors.
- Proven ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong design/layout experience and familiarity with design programs such as Canva and Figma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in organizing webinars and public speaking engagements is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (CMS) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

The on-target earnings for this role is between $100,000 – $120,000. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications.
