As the Senior Manager of Marketing, you will create and implement strategies that increase brand and marketplace awareness and generate leads for ESS.

You will be responsible for defining and executing integrated marketing plans, identifying and segmenting key audiences by vertical, developing compelling messaging, incorporating feedback mechanisms, and continually improving techniques, tools, and processes. The position also includes overall responsibility and management of outside vendors for events and digital media.

Essential Responsibilities

Branding

  • Manage corporate identity and company guidelines.
  • Develop long term corporate branding initiatives.

Digital Media & Collateral

  • Digital media strategy & implementation, including company website, optimization (e.g.SEO) and digital advertising.
  • Company collateral development.
  • Ensure that product and service collateral are consistent from a branding and content perspective.
  • Create company sales tools including demos and videos.
  • Lead development of corporate presentations and own the master slide deck.
  • In partnership with Sales, create and execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
  • In partnership with Director, Corporate Communications and external PR firms, support paid and organic social media campaigns with original content.

Your credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or another related field required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of marketing and communications leadership and management experience with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Experience managing traditional and digital agencies.
  • Creative individual with experience in the creative process, including development of campaigns in a variety of mediums.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo and offer creative solutions to solve problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
