Movement Strategy

Movement Strategy is looking for a Strategist who loves being the strategic eye for everything social. You will report to the Associate Director, Strategy and work closely with members from the Strategy team. The Strategist will lead and support creative strategy development to accomplish client business objectives.

As a Strategist you are a big picture thinker who loves pushing boundaries, illuminating emerging trends and writing provocative briefs and have the ability to craft and defend a persuasive narrative and are comfortable asserting a strategic perspective that guides creative and client conversations to new places. The best candidate for this role has a natural curiosity, passion for luxury, lifestyle and spirits brands and is highly attune to nightlife and pop-culture fluent.

QUALIFICATIONS + KEY FOCUS AREAS

  • Ability to understand clients’ marketing objectives and work closely with senior strategy team members to develop a strategic plan to support these objectives.
  • You can consume, assimilate, and distill lots of disparate information into a cohesive plan, finding the through line across varying inputs.
  • Strategic thinker at the core with the ability to identify an insight and use logic to turn it into a sound recommendation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; demonstrate an understanding of metrics, and how data can be used to make optimizations
  • Deep knowledge of all social media platforms and their perceived value for audiences
  • On top of the latest industry trends, breakthrough creative campaigns, and emerging technologies
