Schweid & Sons is looking for an enthusiastic entry-level Marketing Associate that will work closely with the marketing team to assist in a broad range of responsibilities. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting on social media management, performance marketing, product information, and managing company merchandise. The ideal candidate will be a team player, comfortable in a significant support role, be self-motivated and highly organized in a fast paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the planning and implementation of social media campaigns including content creation, monitoring, and analytics across all active platforms.
  • Act as the lead for digital asset management for Sales teams including updating product information, uploading images, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date content in our product management platforms.
  • Support SEO initiatives from assisting with keyword research and updating copy to analyzing and tracking performance.
  • Coordination of company merchandise for sales team including ordering, inventory management, budget management and shipping as needed.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Support the planning of the e-mail content & messaging strategy.
  • Assist with design projects as needed.
  • Gathering data & analyzing them with insights and highlights.
  • Various one-time or on-going marketing administrative projects.

You have…

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience, including internships in a professional setting, in marketing or a similar role.

Skills & Competences:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Adobe Suite proficiency a plus.
  • Organizational capability and project management.
  • Familiarity with Syndigo or similar Product Information Management (PIM) systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Content Creation (professionally or personally) is a plus.
  • SEO experience is a plus
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
