The Marketing Specialist will benefit from our national strategies, initiatives and assets and will deploy them in their market. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide the development and execution of the local office marketing plan—including digital lead generation activities, email campaigns, content strategies, brand awareness initiatives, print collateral, events, social and PR.
  • Responsible for tailoring national + regional marketing initiatives to the local market – working with Regional Marketing Manager for support
  • Leverages and localized national marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, print) to drive results for the market.
  • Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with all internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and how marketing can support.
  • Manage and support brand awareness activities in local office, including buzz-building, social media, key market messaging and execution along with association/industry events
  • Build email campaigns to support compliance updates, upcoming events, or drip marketing
  • Curate reporting to share engagement activity (event registration, form submissions, asset downloads, etc.) with client service and sales team members
  • Assist with formatting and design requests, and copy creation for marketing collaterals, i.e.; PowerPoint decks, one sheets, brochures, case studies, etc.
  • Assist in RFP process as well as presentation buildouts.
  • Manage local market relationships with media partners, and work together with OneDigital’s national PR service provider as needed.
  • Develop, plan and execute local event marketing initiatives – either virtual or in-person.
  • Collaborate with local leadership team to monitor, analyze and present the results of marketing efforts to stakeholders to make smarter marketing decisions that deliver impact.
  • Collaborate with sales and client services to manage, maintain, and renew data used for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with building and managing social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Participate in the office’s culture team and support initiatives to keep internal team members engaged and connected.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, independent or team environment;
  • Proactive, energetic, and ready to dive in and get your hands dirty;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills and acute attention to detail;
  • Must be a confident communicator;
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined, and willing to learn;
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and interviewing skills are essential;
  • Must be responsive and adaptable to fast-changing project decisions and requests;
  • Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Suite) and using online software to manage your work;
  • Proven experience with email marketing and event management;
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and departments (sales, client services);
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with others of all levels;
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and grow as a result;
  • Ability to travel as needed.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of five years prior marketing experience, preferred (employee benefits, insurance, healthcare, or professional services a plus);
  • B2B marketing experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred, or within Communications or a related business field;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive MQLs as a result of integrated and digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment;
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing successful events;
  • Experience working with much of the following: social (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, FB, etc.), digital, (Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, Constant Contact, Google Analytics), design (InDesign, Illustrator, Canva), as well as one or more organizational platforms (Office 365, Team, OneNote, Asana) and Microsoft Office suite;
  • Familiarity with video or podcast recording, a plus!
