GYMGUYZ

As a GYMGUYZ Marketing Coordinator, you are goal oriented and results driven and will be responsible for creating brand awareness within our geographical area to support lead generation and revenue growth for our personal training and group exercise programs. Your primary objective will be to strategically develop and coordinate the marketing plan with the guidance outlined by the Franchise Partner. Additionally, this person will engage the entire GYMGUYZ team on marketing tasks to ensure success which will be tracked by the number of leads as well as lead conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly business driving activities (guerilla marketing and digital marketing) with specific targeted goals
  • Ensure ongoing prospecting and generation of new prospective clients and business accounts
  • Demonstrate, promote, and market GYMGUYZ services to local businesses through cold call activities and meetings with decision makers
  • Develop a network of prospective business partners
  • Establish and maintain existing relationships; build strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with franchise partner for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for new business partnerships
  • Create and maintain monthly event calendar while participating in event fairs, exhibitions, and conferences

  • 1-3 years marketing experience, fitness background preferred

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
