The Marketing Specialist for Corporate Clubs, reporting to the Marketing Manager for Corporate Clubs, will play a pivotal role in the long-term success of the company. In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager and greater marketing team with tactical and organizational needs for our portfolio of 250+ Corporate Clubs, including marketing calendar management, campaign communication, cross-functional collaboration with our Operations team, creative coordination, and quality controlling flowcharts and ad creative with our media agency. Additionally, this role will be responsible for coordinating PR opportunities and local marketing events/activations with Operations partners.

This role will be based out of our Orlando, FL office.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a critical part of a small team to support Corporate Club local and regional marketing efforts
  • Support the Marketing Manager with tactical responsibilities for marketing campaigns, local events & activations, special projects, and cross-functional communication
  • Communicate monthly promotional details & weekly updates to Operations partners
  • Maintain marketing calendars, team Asana projects, and other platforms/resources needed for campaign management
  • Coordinate PR opportunities with PR agency & Operations partners.
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of campaign messaging and imagery across digital channels. Proof direct mail pieces and other creatives
  • Manage local Rockbot (in-club media) content as needed
  • Coordinate deliverables for sponsorships & partnerships
  • Coordinate and traffic creative with guidance from Marketing Manager
  • Quality control flowcharts and invoices
  • Travel to our corporate clubs as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or agency account management (franchise or gym experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with Asana, SharePoint, and Salesforce, a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, efficient, and organized with an ability to establish priorities and objectives
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally
  • Dedicated learner with a natural curiosity for consistent growth
  • Exhibits comfort, ease, and flexibility working in an extremely fast-paced ever-changing, deadline-driven environment
