Join Snappy, the award-winning gifting platform company, as our Enterprise Product Marketing Manager. We’re expanding our marketing team and seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with senior leadership in defining our product marketing strategies, specifically tailored for enterprise customers.

As the Enterprise Product Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be on crafting messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with enterprise customers. You’ll dive deep into market research to understand target personas and competitive landscapes, enabling you to create compelling messaging that drives demand and supports our revenue goals.

You will:

  • Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging to showcase the ongoing value of Snappy products for enterprise customers.
  • Develop buyer personas and integrating insights into messaging to drive demand, retention, and expansion within the enterprise market.
  • Collaborate with the growth and customer marketing team to test and iterate messaging across various channels, supporting our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
  • Evolve pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value within the enterprise segment.
  • Create assets to support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, including slide presentations, pitch decks, brochures, sales sheets, demo scripts, and training materials, demonstrating proficiency in design tools and ability to produce high-quality materials independently.
  • Partner with Brand & Communications and Growth & Customer Marketing teams to establish a case study, customer reference, and reviews program focused on enterprise customers.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the enterprise market, buyer personas, and competitive landscape, providing insights to the leadership team and educating the Go-To-Market team.
  • Deepen your understanding of our products, target market, and customers to inform roadmap decisions and support successful product launches.
  • Allocate 15-20% of time towards contributing to overall release marketing and product marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategies and impacting all customer segments.

You have:

  • Expertise in enabling sales teams to effectively engage with enterprise customers.
  • Strong project management and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities, capable of translating complex ideas into narratives that resonate with both internal teams and external audiences.
  • Proficient in design tools and able to independently create assets such as slide presentations, ensuring high-quality deliverables without relying on a design team.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills combined with emotional intelligence to craft compelling stories that connect with the audience.
  • Ability to prioritize, execute, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, trends, and innovations within the enterprise space.
  • Experience in defining and implementing effective marketing programs and processes.
  • Proven track record of connecting features, benefits, and value propositions to drive revenue in the enterprise sector.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing best practices, with a focus on ABM strategies tailored for enterprise accounts.
