As the Email & Social Media Senior Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of planning, executing, and optimizing email and social media campaigns across our diverse brands. You will report into the digital marketing team to enhance customer engagement, drive brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads. Your role will involve both strategic planning and hands-on execution, making it ideal for a detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute an email marketing strategy across multiple brands to drive revenue and engagement.
  • Collaborate with agencies and creative teams to develop email campaigns using HTML, CSS, and ESPs like Hubspot, Mailchimp, and Service Titan.
  • Create email workflows and campaigns, managing list segmentation, and targeting various customer segments.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Nextdoor, and LinkedIn for multiple brands.
  • Lead the creation of engaging content, including images, videos, and stories, while driving innovative ideas.
  • Build and analyze response dashboards to identify trends and optimize performance.
  • Perform A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and update client data within databases, ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM and CCPA laws.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in email marketing and social media management, preferably managing multiple brands.
  • Expert knowledge of email marketing tools (Hubspot, Mailchimp, iContact) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in creating detailed reports and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and design.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Recent MBA graduate is welcome

Pay Range: $80,000—$90,000 USD
