What You’ll Do
AlixPartners’ recently launched Solutions Marketing team is a key driver of the future of AlixPartners’ Marketing and Business Development ambitions. This team is focused on practical problem solving, innovation, and driving meaningful commercial results. This team now leads the promotion of AlixPartners’ large Performance and Technology service line, our exciting partnerships with leading technology companies, and our evolving list of platforms our global experts develop to solve some of our clients most pressing challenges.
The Solutions Marketing Specialist position is a newly created role within Solutions Marketing and will touch nearly every aspect of the team’s day-to-day responsibilities. This role will provide visibility with senior consulting leaders and involve collaboration with peers in Marketing, while working shoulder-to-shoulder with the full Solutions Marketing team. Occasional travel may be included, particularly for key industry events where this role will help maximize AlixPartners’ presence. The Solutions Marketing Specialist is a full-time role in New York, NY and reports to the Head of Solutions Marketing. Paid relocation is not available.
The role calls for a talented, dynamic, and ambitious marketing professional able to blend creativity, strategic insight, and operational excellence all while managing multiple stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment. The decisions and actions taken in this role are in pursuit of commercial outcomes that have a very significant impact on the firm’s revenue ambitions.
- Assist with implementing the firm’s products and solutions marketing strategy through driving social media activation, creating business development messaging, and designing impactful imagery to support market presence building and revenue growth.
- Work with senior consulting leaders on their personal brands, including producing effective LinkedIn posts, relevant imagery, and client messaging.
- Coordinate key events aligned to Performance & Technology’s priorities for driving client engagement, establishing market presence, and commercial objectives. Occasional travel may be required.
- Manage coordination and operational success for the Solution’s Marketing team.
- Effectively communicate commercial and activation goals and activities with Marketing team, service line leaders, and industry leaders.
- Develop, review, edit, and proof written materials for grammar, consistency, accuracy, readability, etc. including content for AlixPartners’ external web sites like case studies, articles, and product demonstration pages to deliver compelling digital experiences to the firm’s clients and prospects.
- Work with the more senior marketing team member to assess performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Organize and identify priority target audience lists for paid social media strategies and business development outreach through tools like LinkedIn’ Sales Navigator.
- Assist with the annual marketing planning process to align growth priorities with marketing investment and ROI targets.

What You’ll Need
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Intellectual agility for distilling high concept ideas into actions items and adapt to changing circumstances, including sound judgment as to when escalation is required.
- Ability to work autonomously and exhibit excellent stakeholder management skills, able to manage and build rapport in all directions.
- Proactive and responsive; able to remain calm and manage multiple large and complex projects simultaneously under time pressure
- An understanding of the value, purpose, and requirements of effective use of social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Experience coordinating events preferred but not required
- Good project management and prioritization skills.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or other graphic design tools (Canva, Figma) highly preferred.
- Core working hours are generally 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday; willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours as unique projects/needs arise.
- Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.

The firm offers a comprehensive benefits program including health, vision, dental, disability, 401K, tuition reimbursement, identity theft protection, and mental wellness support. Employees will also receive a generous paid leave policy including vacation/personal time starting at 5.67 hours per pay period, sick time up to 80 hours annually, parental leave, and twelve holidays.
The salary range for this role takes into account a number of factors and is between $35/hr. – $41/hr. with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
