In short, the Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics, we are looking for folks that have expertise measuring, interpreting, communicating, and designing experiments to determine marketing strategy efficacy. The Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in driving insights and performance improvements across our website and email channels. The person will be responsible for executing core programs such as website experiment monitoring and will mentor junior analysts while working on complex and nuanced analytical projects. The Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics, will be responsible for analytics on our marketing partnerships, maintaining the health of those relationships and increasing greater return on investment.

Relying on their expertise and proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Python, and data visualization software, the Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics will work collaboratively with marketing strategists, business intelligence, project managers, and senior leadership to provide visibility to campaign results and provide strategic thought and inquiry to help improve future ad spend. The Analyst is expected to be a thought leader in the company for innovation spanning analytics and measurement technology & strategy.

In long, the Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics is responsible for:

  • Delivers visibility and insight into marketing activities and investments
  • Measures return on partnership spend, incrementality, and communicates performance with stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Take ownership of website A/B test measurement and reporting, conducting in-depth analyses to provide insights that drive key business decisions and improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow their technical and analytical skills.
  • Lead more nuanced and technically complex analytical initiatives, ensuring that strategic goals are met with precision and insight.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business goals into data-driven solutions that optimize website and email performance.

The Specifics:

  • 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Well versed in A/B testing and experimental design
