Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of day-to-day marketing funnel initiatives and high-level strategies for the agency market.
- Develop and coordinate persona-based content to guide B2B buyers through their decision-making journey.
- Build, manage, and execute B2B marketing campaigns that generate top-of-funnel leads, nurture leads through the funnel, and drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Utilize a range of marketing tactics, including industry events, content marketing, email campaigns, webinars, sponsorships, and advertising.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—content, design, sales, and operations—to create, test, and implement new campaign concepts.
- Leverage data to target specific customer segments, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports, clearly demonstrating ROI and key takeaways.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and explore new opportunities.

- Solid project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related areas.
- Experience with planning and supporting marketing events.
- Experience running B2B marketing campaigns, with a solid understanding of the entire customer lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using pivot tables and advanced functions for data analysis.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms.
- Familiarity with Pardot or similar email marketing tools.
- Experience with Pathfactory and Google Analytics is a plus.
- In-house experience at an agency is a strong plus.
